Is there anyone out there that can recommend a good book or URL, etc
for improving on open communication skills?
Ultimately I want to be better at opening up more and expressing my
feelings when it comes to relationships whether it be romance or
friendships. I, and the people around me, have a problem with me
wanting to wait an hour or a day before I talk about things.
