I am a published author, with a publishing company. I have been
published all over the world.

So has *anyone else* who's posted to Usenet or has a web site,
you egomaniacal twat.

What's your point, other than proving how pointless your
whining and bitching on NANAU is? Do you actually think
that this is somehow going to convince either a Dutch
or American judge that your little fantasies concerning
international subpoena powers are real?

I'm still trying to figure out what the alleged DMCA is and where it
could be found.

The simple answer is "nowhere". Nobody seems to be pirating
that glorified wad of toilet paper Edmo refers to as a "book",
and nobody seems to be doing anything except linking to
public comments Teh Pantyhead made that he's now
decided is fair game for the DMCA. In other words, he's
playing at being a Usenet Lawyer just like Peat did,
except that he doesn't have the balls to present a case
in court that'll result in his getting laughed out of it.
The fact that he's emailing an ISP all of this crap
without the benefit of a lawyer's advice or even a
coherent threat to file suit in *any* jurisdiction
bears this out.

they didn't simply ignore the kook.

I noticed he hasn't really followed up on any of his threats lately.

Gee, I wonder why?

It appears that Mr. Willman is in San Diego teaching "Understanding

You see, this is why you spinics are so easily defeated, I said:
"You can't refuse certified mail that is properly delivered." Once you
accept it, its over. But you can't get it, look at it sign for it and
then act like you didn't get it.
I say everything a certain way, for reasons. Reasons obviously way too
deep for you.

"Defeated" how? You're actually convinced
that winning a *minor point* about certified
mail means something in the cosmic scheme
of things?

Edmo, either you need a psychiatrist or a
writing coach who can convince you not to
engage in hyperbole so poorly thought out
that even a soap opera scriptwriter would
reject it.

Unsuprisingly, this is entirely irrelevant.

Certified mail isn't a court document;
it isn't even a cease and desist warning that
you got an attorney - *any* attorney - to sign
off on. If someone from xsforall or covad.net were
to sign for that piece of crap, he could toss it
in the trash, piss on it and then set it on fire
without the slightest legal consequence to himself
or his company. It's just a piece of mail he
had to sign for, period.

[quote:667098ea24]I say everything a certain way, for reasons. Reasons obviously way too

Impotence and pretentiousness noted.

Oh, and for relevancy's sake:

http://www.smbtech.com/ed/
http://www.smbtech.com/ed/2009_DMCA_Notice.html
http://www.smbtech.com/ed/Counter_Notice.html

So when are you going to get around to actually
mailing a *real* cease and desist warning
through a *real* attorney, Pantyhead? Just wondering.
