How do I find duplicate audio files? I convert the files (wav, mp3,
wma)) that are not clear, or have long sessions so I can to play
sound loops. The files are jumbled.

I want to know which files are duplicates or extracts.

Great to be back in transcription after such a long time

Try DupFiles from Funduc Software http://www.funduc.com/dupfiles.htm
Very thorough at finding like files. For a somewhat easier interface,
there's Duplicate File Finder http://www.brooksyounce.com/
Works on Win 98 through Vista.

Not sure what you meant by extracts.

You dumb bimbo. Delete them all and you'll have no duplicates.

No!!! Bad!![/quote:26b69db40d]
The OP should back them up before anything else, then use third copies
to work with. All in one folder using a random file name generator to
keep things clear.
