I saw this last week on a bus in Milan, Italy:
Vehicle equipped with telecameras with continuous recording system.
I am Italian and English is not my mother tongue, but it looks like a
"dictionary" translation of the original Italian text.
Veicolo munito di telecamere con sistema di registrazione continua.
What do you think?

It looks like that to me as well, but it may just be a consequence of
trying to pack too much information into limited space. How smoothly do
you find it reads in Italian?
