Hello all,
I have the book, but the disk with the examples went missing. By any
chance does anyone have that disk? I would really appreciate for the
copy of the example files... The book is a kind of useless without
the examples.

I have not seen a diskette either,
but the main recipes are listed in Appendix C.
Just a few lines to type.
