(this posting has altered all k shapes with क, http://Kalphabet.googlepages.com)
When you want to hear and watch "streaming" video / television content
over the internet, you will often see words on your website's or
computer's audio/visual player saying "buffering" just before the
content becomes audible / visible. This apparently means downloading
or queuing.
For example on YouTube, one of the most popular streaming video
websites these days, you will often get a visual depiction of the
buffering via the "slider", a graphical user interface item under a
video's screen, showing a moving line (when content is being watched)
with a timer and content length. This moving line shows
"front" (buffering in light red) and "advance" (audible/visible point
in heavy red) aspects.
This “front” and “advance” concepts on the slider remind me of the
following Prabhupada, Hare कrishna Founder & Permanent Diकsa Guru
conversation.
Prabhupada: What is called? Front party.
Tamala कrsna: What कind of party?
Prabhupada: Front party.
Loकanatha: Front party, advance party, yes.
Prabhupada: They'll give us description of the land, and before our
going, they'll maकe a camp. Small, big, that doesn't matter. And in
the morning, the former camp broकen, and go to the next camp with
कirtana. In the meantime the other camp is ready to receive you.
Then the next camp, after taकing prasadam, they'll go to the next
camp.
Tamala कrsna: Do you follow this, Loकanatha? Do you have a question
to asक?
Loकanatha: So there is a smaller group going in advance, and bigger
group with you stays bacक.
Prabhupada: Yes.
Loकanatha: Yes, and they go, fix the place, and inform your party
where they are and what कind of arrangment they have made. And when
you are satisfied, you leave that place to join the first group, small
group, advance party. Right?
Tamala कrsna: And after Prabhupada joins that group, then the advance
party goes again.
Loकanatha: To the next place, to maकe further arrangements at the
next place.
Prabhupada: In this way.
Loकanatha: Ye. This कind of program we have done before also.
Whenever we had big group traveling, we always send two devotees out,
or sometimes four devotees.
Tamala कrsna: We also did that with our Radha-Damodara program. This
is the way of traveling –advance booकing.
Loकanatha: Yes, so the main party does not lose time in finding or
looकing for the place.
Tamala कrsna: They're not inconvenienced in any way.
Loकanatha: Right. So that advance party could wait at the gate of
the...
Tamala कrsna: Wherever. But that's the idea.
Prabhupada: And when you go in procession, have कirtana.

I made an error in the posting. Sorry. Thus I wish to correct the
posting. I should have said “The Front, Advance-Party & The Main,
Big, Bacक, Prabhupada-Party Concept” for the subject line and then for
body message, I should have said this:
