Dear Members of Sci.Psychology.Theory,

The latest brain-mind and quantum mechanics research may be pointing
to a new definition of self as a quantum mind. I would very much
appreciate getting your input on this topic.

Your responses to this survey will be completely confidential. No one
other than the researchers will have access to the data. It will be
reported in the aggregate, combined with hundreds of other responses.
I will be happy to provide you with the results of the survey.

If you have any questions or comments, please contact me.

In advance, thank you very much for your cooperation.
