I've had zero success in finding a MASSIVE digital clock. I'm after something with digits about 8 inches tall, preferably LED not LCD. Perhaps there is a clock circuit I can buy or build and huge digits I can buy? Or maybe make the digits myself out of loads of LEDs? Any ideas?

A man was sipping a drink in a bar when he noticed an attractive woman seated beside him. His interest must have been obvious because the bartender suddenly loomed over him and said, "Don't get any ideas about that girl, bud. That's
my wife."
The fellow replied, "Who's getting ideas? I just came in for a piece of beer."

I'll ask, but I'm not sure they'd ship a dingle unit abroad. Looks like trade only.

A female friend of mine was admitted to a private hospital to try to
lose weight. Naturally I sent her flowers.

I received a "thank-you" note several days later; it said, "Thanks for
the flowers, they were delicious!"

Try making a reduced size version of:

[/quote:71a37bc000]
That is a little over the top!

I'll get the 7" ones from ebay that the other poster mentioned, and connect them to an old digital alarm clock (so I don't have to make any clock circuitry). I assume this will be easy enough. Might have to add some drivers for the extra current?

A bleached blonde and a natural blonde were on top of the Empire State Building.
How do you tell them apart?
The bleached blonde would never throw bread to the helicopters.

Some ideas for you.
I found it several years ago, was surprised to see it still around when I Googled a few minutes ago.

This scoreboard uses 130 mm digits made from individual 10 mm LEDs:
