I have noticed John Smith posts ebook lists. Does anyone know how to
download those ebooks he posts?

At the top of each list there is a link. Open that
and you will find a page with categories and a box
where you can login at the top left.

You can't get very far without registering and
it's like going down into a deep cave. It's hard
to know what the motive of the site is.

You'll have to explore yourself but don't get lost.
