I had a GPS stolen and wanted to prowl various flea market sales etc
looking for mine. I know my serial number from the box at home. What
is the quickest way, without fumbling etc, to find a serial number
from a Nuvi 660 GPS if I hold it in my hands? Is it outside or where?

Can you clarify, sorry. Let's say that I hole it so that its screen is
in front of me. I would then look at the bottom edge of it, right?

OK. I found a picture of a Garmin Nuvi (not mine) on ebay and I think
that the serial is under the antenna.

In this case it is 12P313293, for example. That picture has nothing to
do with my stolen GPS and is used for example purposes only.

different...
