running really is the best way to lose weight. you don't have to run
super hard to burn weight, you just have to keep going. as you run
more you will actually get to like it. challenge yourself by starting
off easy

run 2 minutes, walk 2 minutes. do this 5 times. work your way up
slowly, and soon yhou'll be running 30 minutes straight, then 60
minutes straight. use some days for recovery, run 1, walk 3 for
example. work it into your own schedule.

Start to increase your endurance by metabolizing fat as opposed to
glycogen stores in your body.

Fat takes a long time to metabolize before it becomes a source of
energy during endurance sports. If however fat can be utilized as
energy from the commencement of exercise then glycogen will be
preserved. This will allow a steady pace to be maintained throughout
your training and/or competition event, with bursts of power able to
