I got an A in my Experimental analysis course...but wow, do I feel
like an idiot. And in that regard, I throw myself upon the mercy of
you guys.
In my analyis of my experiment...I have a response variable "total
root length", a measurement of roots of unknown proportions of trees
and turfgrasses in images of the rootzone. It's a split-plot design
with repeated measures.
In my ANOVA summary, all repeated measures but one were non-sig for
the turf x tree interaction. I was then asked to present the
TURFGRASS ONLY means, since they were all sig.
For the life of me...I cannot remember how to pull out the single
source-effect means from the factorial response variable means. Ugh.
Please help. |
