Forces surround mass of the fundamental particle. If the particle
quantum wiggles these forces coming from it do too. There is a little
change or variation in strength in the forces coming from such a
jiggling particle. This is called quantum force jiggle.
That fundamental particles jiggle at all makes one wonder why?
