Dear Newsgroup:
Similar to many other fields like relativity, NEW EXACT MATH will have its own newsgroup in the future.
Like newsgroup sci.physics.relativity, we will also have sci.math.new exact math.
This is because the field is a universe of its own and practically we need to start off all aspects of problem solving from the scratch.
Like all other new fields in the past, this science will endlessly develop for centuries to come.
Initially I need to pass through the iron wall of the math community, as an independent researcher.

Dear Newsgroup:
Possible shorter names could be "sci new exact math "or "sci. math.Riccati " (since everything is revolved based on it).

You can create your own google newsgroup by visiting here:

a true internet newsgroup is more difficult. see
http://www.learnthenet.com/english/html/29start.htm
and not something that is easy to do. You would have to learn quite a
bit to make this happen.
It would be wonderful if you started your own google newsgroup.
You could call your google group Basti-research if you wish. You can
control who is allowed to post, and who is allowed to join.
You could post an invitation on sci.math.symbolic to join your google
newsgroup, and then you would not have to post on sci.math.symbolic. |

That is a nice idea, there is no doubt about it, and NEW EXACT MATH is for the future researchers, including you.
It is a part of the structure of the universe, and I invite the universities in the math community, put aside our differences and try to enhance this research.
After all, everyone like myself will truly enjoy the beauty of this new science.
This has capabilities of massive applications in all of the mathematics to surface within a short period of time.
Let us talk about the aspects of this math.

You don't seem to understand. You can create the google newsgroup all
by yourself, and then you invite people to join it.
You haven't created it. That is the first step. |

Thanks again for your advise.
Yes, certainly I will follow up on your recommendation.
As noted on your recommended site:

They suggest :

If you are interested in starting a newsgroup, don't try it alone the first time around. Find someone who has been through the process before. Many arcane customs and rules have sprung up around creating new newsgroups."
And thus I am hoping to get into academia and invite people to invest on it (in variety of posts).
In the meantime, I am ready for any seminars (sequence of them) on NEW EXACT MATH, to kick off the new era in math.
So, I hope the new newsgroup sci math. Riccati, will be open soon!

You do not understand. The first link allows you to create a google
newsgroup yourself, immediately. NOW. TODAY. In 30 seconds.
You do not need to be invited to give seminars. You do not need other
people.

The second link, which you quote, requires months of work as well as
specialized knowledge, and also the agreement of many many people who
must vote in favor of the establishment of a new group. It would be,
in my opinion, fruitless to try. |

Well, initially people must get to know this new math, and then we are in a new universe of math based on Riccati.
You opinion is based on having no knowledge of this NEW EXACT MATH, and I have been involved with it for over a quarter of a century.
This is our difference of opinions (only the history will judge), although my developments have been quite slow bearing in mind the circumstances.
So, I believe the new newsgroup sci.math. Riccati is feasible, if I can convince those practicing the new math, to get involved in opening the newsgroup.
I strongly believe that it is inevitable the emergence of Riccati as the central tool for solving complex math problems.

Well, I have created my Google Newsgroup (Sci.math and Sci.physics).
And I will not post articles in the newsgroups (only news about my own
newsgroups).
The only problem at this time is whether I am allowed under Google
terms to have business.
Google so far has not answered my request.
If you know any information about it please let me know.
If happens and business develops, I will transfer the site to an
independent Internet.
Members should sign a contract (form) before their name is released to
the Google site.
I have at this time removed the condition of requesting their address,
only if the company officially registered.
But their full name, city and country of residency along with their
valid email address are required (and this information is provided to
members).
The site is not open to public, only to the members.
I will not request fees at this time only after Google clears the
path.
But in the contract ,members need to pay the fee some months later
(when the company is in the path of existence in the formal manner).
Why not apply for membership?

FWIW, many web hosts provide web space and the Mailman list server
(with member-only archives) for around $10/month. Then you don't need
to worry about Google's policy, plus you have your own web space. |

I've got an account on dreamhost.com for $10/month. Nothing special
(read the issues and comments on status.dreamhost.com to get a feel
whether it would work for you)
The service includes free access to Mailman (http://www.list.org/), a
program for maintaining mailing lists, subscribers, and archives.
Other reasonably priced webhosts have similar offerings; more money
generally gets more reliable service. If you don't mind
publicly-accessible archives, you could try getting gmane.org to
mirror your lists.
