Imagine a very low energy light wave being emitted in extreme gravity.
It might be 1 AU in size. The question is does it appear accross space
all at once or does it grow for 9 minutes until it reaches full size?
One way is faster than light and another is that light is a local
object obeying locality laws. If it obeys locality laws it must start
infinitely small at emission and grow to its full oscillation.
