Downword weightless acceleration in freefall is a push toward the
center of mass. When things fall they are accumulating motion.

Rotation creates outward weight. The weight builds up as you move
outward "along the spokes of a wheel" from the center of the
rotation. It is outward weight that we call centrifugal force. For the
Earth's rotation the force at the equator cancels a little of your
weight. In this sense it is antigravity.

A spinning gyroscope has outward horizontal or sideways weight that
causes resistance to being tipped.
