IDSA is backed into a corner.
It is their own work that condemns them.
They would not have agreed to the settlement
had they not known Blumenthal's office was furious
over what Shapiro did/does.

This response - to say persisting infection

First it was "THERE IS NO EVIDENCE OF
PERSISTING INFECTION."
