I recently had a blood test done at work, this is the kind that
requires fasting, and my cholesterol was high. So before going to a
doctor about it and getting drugs, I'm going to work hard at getting a
good diet to control it (I need to work on my diet anyway.). I need to
be able to test my cholesterol and was thinking about buying a home
cholesterol test kit. Does anyone have an opinion about these test? Do
they give reliable results? Any suggestions about which one to buy?
