Thanks.  Stevens compares not only sheep & dogs as Voegtlin does, but also a
lot of other mammals.  Humans are more omnivorous than gorillas & our GI
tract shows several parallels to that of pigs, in accordance to our
durophagy: thick enamel & tool use for processing hard objects such as cray
& shellfish cf.dispersal of erectus & relatives along coasts:
