Please help me with this...

I have an old liht meter that uses this diode. Here is the data sheet:
http://www.datasheetcatalog.org/datasheets/90/123290_DS.pdf

Original has corroded, so light meter reads too low. I'd like to have diode
replaced, but the trouble is that Sharp discontinued it (because it
contains lead). Replacement part is listed under code BS100C0F. I'm not
sure if that one would give exact same readings as original one. I've
looked everywhere but can't find a source for it in small quantities, but
just found few places where these are available in larger quantities.

Any idea where could I get one or two, or at least replacement diode
BS100C0F. Any help and advice appreciated. Thanks

Yesterday, before I saw your message I talked to them to check if BS100C0F
is functionally the same as BS100C. They said that it is, so I ordered
few. Had to pay premium for postage Sad
Thanks for info, anyway.
