Those webarchive.org links all seem to point back to the
uni-stuttgart.de server. The download links don't work.

The other day, when I got the link, I went up and successfully
downloaded, viawww.archive.org, all 4 versions of Quat. If anyone
wants them, I can put them on my site and let people download them.

I tried the megaupload links, both of them, and unfortunaely was told
that the file couldn't be found.

That would be great if you can establish a download site. I, too, was
