reside in. It is said that more than two-thirds of world’s obese

now a common sight in almost all the countries.

Here arises a question as why stomachs are the main target of obesity?
The answer is that because what we eat goes directly into the stomach
for preliminary digestion process and if there are some discrepancies
here that might lead to obesity. Also the belly area is the most
elastic and flexible area of our body, body fats finds enough space to
build their colonies in that region.

programs claiming to accomplish the deed for you. Before embarking on
weight loss programs, you should have a second look at your eating
habits. If your eating habits remain the same, even if you exercise a
lot, you can never get rid of that stomach fat.
