budget that they need to fund.........If you use Less
Water, they get Less Money..........So they Raise the
Price and you get LESS Water for MORE
Money..........Thus, "Conserving" is just you Screwing

It's far better to spend your money faster than you get it because it is
becoming more and more worthless every day. Quickly give it back to the
banks and stick them with it potato head.
If you would go out and get yourself a Job, you might have some Money
