Tasmania is now known as a 'failed democracy'. Large public rallies are
calling for an end to the resignations over corruption and the endless
scandals and sackings over the corrupt promotion of the Gunns pulp mill by
the highly dubious Lennon Labor Government. Lennon has lost two deputy
premiers in two years over corruption, as well as countless resignations
from the RPDC over the pulp mill. Incredibly Premier Lennon is still
maintaining ferocious opposition to the formation of an ICAC in Tasmania.
Something has to give in Tasmania and its looking like its going to be
Paul Lennon.
