Where's the public disclosure of the Form 990 for 2007 for the
Wellness Foundation, Chung?

Either you truly have 2 million dollars in assets and have claimed the
1 million dollar sale of Emorycardiology.com last year or else you are
lying about having 2 million dollars in assets. The 990 should help to
straighten out your claims.

Do you really think anybody who has been on these groups for the
shortest time believes Chung about the one or two million dollar claim
and the sale of the web site - has he been peddling that guarantee
recently.

Do you think, when or if, you get the form which shows there is no
money that Chung will fess up and admit he lied or come up with a
"discerning" argument like he does with scientific evidence that goes
against he 2PD BS.

By the way, how is the Georgia Medial Board doing - I know you cannot
tell us the details of how they contacted you and what you said, but
do you know and if so, can you give us some idea when they will act.

Per the agent in charge of his case, it is currently under
investigation and will be brought to the Board soon. Just for fun, go
the the Board's website. Note that Chung did not disclose being fired
from the Ocala, Fla hospital and losing his medical staff privileges
there. He lied to the Georgia Board.

Of course he's full of shit. But even though he's crazy and a liar, I
still want to keep him accountable to the proper authorities. He is
required to file a Form 990 for his nonprofit, tax exempt, public
charity, the Wellness Foundation, Inc. He is also required by law to
make this info public upon request.

I will discredit and prove the lies of the putrid Chung turd as sport.
He is a dishonest, mentally ill fraud.

Let us know when that happens. If he is not practicing now, it will
make no difference and he will still have an MD degree and still be a
doctor and be able to post as doctor with an MD and PhD after his
name.

Chung may not have had to file a Form 990

http://www.irs.gov/charities/article/0,,id=96103,00.html

Filing Requirements

Generally, tax-exempt organizations must file an annual information
return. Tax-exempt organizations that have annual gross receipts not
normally in excess of $25,000 are not required to file the annual
information return, but may be required to file an annual electronic
notice (e-Postcard) Form 990-N. In addition, churches and certain
religious organizations, certain state and local instrumentalities,
and other organizations are excepted from the annual return filing
requirement. For more information, download Publication 557, Tax-
Exempt Status for Your Organization. In addition, Publication 4221,
Compliance Guide for 501(c)(3) Tax-Exempt Organizations, explains the
filing and recordkeeping rules that apply to organizations that have
tax-exempt status under section 501(c)(3).

Tax-exempt organizations, other than private foundations, must file
Form 990 ....

It may be a private foundation and/or may not have gross receipts in
excess of $25,000

Most know that already. Out of the 900 plus members of SMC and all who
post who are not members, there is a very small number who even bother
to post. Even when you add the made up posts Chung quotes, there are
few who post.

Maybe, but if his license does get yanked for reasons of dishonesty or
mental illness or not practicing up to minimal standards, at least it
will be public info and he won't be able to practice legally or to
refute/challenge the facts that he has no license in any state.

He may just claim that his posting were for fun and use the absurdity
to show that and that certainly no one would take it serious and hope
there is not enough evidence that he is really crazy or a danger to
patients or they could suspend his license pending psychiatric
evaluation and/or treatment. He will just claim others were out to get
him and he is suing as he has done before and he will no longer claim
that (has he claimed it recently) and will eventually go away in a
flood of his posts

Hope the Georgia Board does take away his license or at least suspends
it, so he cannot be a harm to patients and will be hard to get
licensed in another state. You said they contacted you, and hopefully
someday we will know who was instrumental in getting it to the Board's
attention in the first place.

Do not know, but all the attention, good and bad, "masturbates" his
ego and need for attention so he does everything possible to keep it
up. I'll leave it for others to pleasure Chung.

Only if I really believed that Chung had sold emorycardiology.com for
1 million dollars and actually had the funds to back his bogus 2
million dollar gaurantee for his bogus, ill-conceived 2PD nonsense
diet.

But thank you for the link.

1. Very unlikely he'll make that claim because he is crazy as a shithouse
rat and believes everything he writes;
2. Even if he did make the claim, he still violated rules of conduct
applicable to him as a doc, plus he'll have to answer for one additional
deception of knowingly posting false but potentially harmful info just "for
fun." That oughta guarantee harsh discipline.
