Question: Are non-breeders counted in the Census?
The reason I ask is because there are some people
who seem to think that non-breeders don't count
as people who use resources! ?!?

I think a more important question regarding the last U.S. Census is why
the census takers were not smart enough to be able to conduct it properly.

Like the failure of the U.S. electoral system, the failure of the U.S.
prison system, the failure of the U.S. criminal justice system, the failure
of the U.S. Census can be directly attributed to the Failure of AmeriKKKan
society and the AmeriKKKan state in general.
