PADS LOGIC打开OR CAD的原理图后，怎样以最快的速度分配PCB封装，如“原理图很多0.1UF的旁路电容，是否可以用一个 元件类型
给所有的同一种 PCB封装 一次性分配好呢？如：一个0.1UF Gate Decal为CAP_NPC;另一个10PF Gate Decal为
CAP_NPD，能否用一个类型为0603CAP的封装一次性分配好？
