You don't have to go that far back. In recent history,
the U.S. ( acting as the world's landlord and/or de facto manager )
has dropped atomic bombs, cluster bombs, napalm, etc.

In the end, the landlord is the only lord that matters.
As lord and master, the U.S. rewards the good Arabs ( e.g. the Saudis )
and punishes the bad ones ( e.g. the Iraqis )... where's Allah ?

Actually, it comes from Iesous, a Greek form of the Hebrew name
Joshua.

Of course, the Joshua of the Old Testament wasn't quite as cuddly and
peaceful as the Jesus of the New.

Its very common practice to name people after early

of students where almost everyone is named Joe and Mary.

All six of my sisters' middle names are Marie (ie. French for Mary).
Three of my brothers' middle names are Joseph and my middle name is
David. Does that make me a fundamental Christian? Nope. I don't even
go to church anymore. My philosophy is more closely aligned with
Buddhism.

The crazy thing is that the middle name Hussein will affront many less
enlightened Americans. It will not help him get elected. And worse of
all is that some politicos will actively use it against him. Sad.

I've known a number of people named Jesus, and I don't think they all
were Mexican, but certainly all were hispanic.

Speaking of sacred names, how about the teacher who allowed her
Sudanese class to name a stuffed bear "Muhammad". It is a common
given name, I think, but what is Ok for people is apparently not Ok
for stuffed bears -- at least for those who are determined to have a
good wallow in rage.

An instructor once told a German language class how, while visiting
Germany, he innocently asked, in German, where the "Fuhrer" was --
meaning the guide. After an uneasy silence someone told him "We don't
use that word anymore". I suppose a simple "We don't use that name
for toys" would not have sufficed -- it had to be threats of flogging
and death.

I used to work with a guy named Jesus Mata.

Half the Pakistanis I once worked with had one name or other Mohammed, many
others had names in common with lots of terrorists. Didn't make then
terrorist then or now, though I did meet a more than a few Afghans or a
variety of flavors and Pakistani Pushtuns that engendered right and
circumspect polite behavior on my part. None were any scarier than a few
good Christians I've met around the world and any more or less dangerous.

Not much in a name, it the person behind the name that makes a difference.

Armageddon will not cometh. It will just seem that way to those who
are the most firmly rooted in a world while we undergo the biggest
historical transition in the history of the planet. Even now, the
transition underway is so immense that geologists have begun to label
this an entirely new epoch -- the Holocene is over. Now is the Age of
Men -- the Androcene.

What's wrong with the US is not the fault of anyone involved. Simple
logic, alone, makes this clear. Both the Democrats and Republicans;
the far left, the far right, the center in between, have all had their
chance and turn at the top level and in Congress. Yet, over the past
50 years, in every single year since the Eisenhower administration
(including the so-called Surplus years) the Debt has grown larger than
in the previous year.

Those well-versed in the study of non-linear dynamics or systems are
well aware of what the problem is and its source. A strong hint, in
fact, may be found in the Constitution, itself, which points the way
to the flaw (and its resolution).

Search for a reference to the number "50,000". Thart was the ballpark
of the kind of numbers for people:representative ratio the framers had
in mind. The statement made was that this would be a lower limit.

An irony, at best. Today, the ratio is between 500,000 to 1,000,000 to
1. A measly 50,000 to 1 is a nice cozy, everybody-knows-their-rep kind
of arrangement that now only passes for a mere alderman!

So the interests and concerns of 300,000,000 have to be funnelled into
the minds and votes of a measly 500 some-odd people. We call that a
BOTTLENECK.

This is analogous to routing a freeway through the middle of a
residential district. All the interests of all the people funnel into
the mere single building and its denizens in Washington. That is not a
workable arrangement. It leads to the very disconnect between
appropriations vs. funding-for-appropriations in the minds and eyes of
the people, who are now far removed from it all, that breeds both the
rise of so-called Special Interests (i.e. the average you and I
coalitionining to lobby Washington for our concerns -- as we were
SUPPOSED to do), and a Congress too paralyzed to act out of concern
for enraging the wrong people.

To break the bottleneck means exploiting today's technology to
completely overhaul the appropriations process and bring it back into
a direct contact with the people; i.e., you choose.

A priority ranking scheme, when you may rank any number of programs
(5, 10, 100 however many you want). The ranks are tabulated into a
Public Mandate.

This is the very spirit and core of the political movement that had
been called Unity 08.

Unity '08 is presently running in neutral. It is seeking both a
platform and candidate. Even this precept just raised is outside its
scope, despite running central to what it is about.

It is time to revive both the movement and the candidacy and put a
face on it all; and bring forth a new shepherd while casting aside the
Constitutional Lawyer president preacher-wannabe from Chicago who,
notwithstanding his background, can't even see fit to recognize the
flaws in the very document he has spent so much time studying and
teaching about!

I stated a fact: the U.S. passed judment on Japan and others,
dropping atomic bombs, cluster bombs, napalm, etc.

Unlike you, I didn't judge the U.S. ( I'm too ignorant to judge );
I merely pointed out that it acts like a landlord ( or manager ).

The only lord that matters is the landlord.
I'm a god to my tenants, and a tenant of my gods.

U.S. ( and Israeli ) actions have stopped the flow of oil from Iraq,
preserving it for the future; thus pissing off those ( e.g. Tom Potter )
who are fiending for it ( like an alcoholic ).

Hence the dislike many have shown ( not including me )
for the Big Bad Jews hiding under every bed ( ha ha ).

The world ( including me ) has basically one “ Choice ”:
live faster ( by consuming and expending more ) or live longer.

Some would rather live longer, e.g.: “ Street of Dreams ” burns down:
http://SeattlePI.NWSource.COM/Local/353732_Arson05.HTML

But does anyone really have a choice ?
Could anyone have ever done anything different ?

Einstein helped explain the origin of the Universe
much like Darwin helped explain the origin of the species.
These theories are the foundation of all sciences, hard and soft.

A gravitational field is 4-D, static, immobile, and timeless;
i.e. it's a “ hyperpace ” structure.
Darwin makes us a “ Monkey's Uncle ”, Einstein makes us immortal.

Inertial mass has energy, and energy has intertial mass.

The kilogram could ( at least in theory )
be defined as a count of ( atom ) laser maxima,
just as the second is a count of maser maxima.

This suggest that the cosmos is ( no matter how poorly understood ),
intrinsically a complex structure of 5-D fields ( space-time-energy ).

Eventually, at giga parsec scales, we might be able to model
our visible Universe as a hyper-hyperspace ( 5-D ) structure.

Jelf, why do you think that so many folks
today, and throughout history,
have "disliked" Jews,

and why Jews have come into conflict
with all of their neighbors throughout history?

Do you think it is because Jews have a long history
of instigating conflict and war, for power and riches,

because Jews are greedy, dishonest, and clanish,

or do you think that all of the non-Jews in the world
are flawed in some way, and irrationally "dislike" Jews?

It is interesting to see that you seem to fear Jews
as you refer to them as "Big Bad Jews"
and seem to think they are "hiding under every bed".

Why do you have this attitude toward Jews?

And why do you irrationally try to promote
General Relativity, when it is obvious
that G.R. is a flawed model of reality
as it is a continuous model,
whereas reality consists of discrete events,

and it has little or no utility in shaping man's world,
and designing bridges, cars, building, electronics,
computers, medical equipment, DNA models, etc.

As can be seen by its' works,
General Relativity is a Tower of Babel
that generates more heat than light,

and wastes time, money and minds
on insane pursuits such as the
beginning and end of the universe, time travel,
worm holes, black holes, dark matter, warped space,
gravitons, rubber clocks and rulers, etc.

I suggest that you take a close look at yourself,
and try to determine if you have been brainwashed
by Jews in the media to actually believe that
Jews are "Big Bad Jews" and "hiding under every bed".
and that General Relativity is actually a useful tool.

A mind is a terrible thing to waste.
