Dear All:
We have a demand for low cost spectrometer to measure the material
transmittance from 200~1800nm. Can anyone give us a suggestion?

I'm not sure what you mean by "low cost", but Ocean Optics offers a
wide variety of fiber-fed spectrometers, software and accessories for
measuring transmittance. Some of their models are considered "low
cost" in the industry.
You will need two spectrometers to cover the 200-1800nm wavelength
range since no detector array responds over that whole range. A Si
CCD spectrometer will work from about 200-1000nm, and can be "low
cost". For the 1000-1800nm range you will need an InGaAs array, which
will NOT be "low cost".
