Hi,
I have filed for a patent (http://www.wipo.int/pctdb/en/wo.jsp?
wo=2007039837) which I want to commercialize. There are some legal
issues with the claims as in the published. I have amended them to
overcome these problems. I am looking for VC to start a company to
produce this or even license it. Please help me on this matter.

The abstract says: "Implementation of a processor using and [sic]
implied set of..." which is where I stopped reading. I don't think
that "and" belongs there. |

You've got a bit more than "some legal issues" here. There is a lot of precedent
for this kind of move-based architectures, search for "The WIZ processor" for
example, and you'll find loads of prior art that predates your patent's priority date.
There was a big thread on it here in comp.arch in 2004, which included all the
reasons why this kind of architecture can never be competitive.
So if you want to get any kind of funding you'll have to prove your invention works
and design the instruction set, a processor and an assembler/compiler for it.
If you do this you'll find that many of the advantages claimed are disadvantages...

As Wilco said, the international search report produced by the EPO
(4th of june 2007) shows novelty destroying prior art and lack of
inventive step... So you are unlikely to get a patent with the current
set of claims... |

I should say much of what I have being saying is also mentioned in
Steve Bush's work. I am very impressed! At least there is some one
else who thinks like me!
