If you plug the following into Google Earth, you will find that the EQ
is at the southern end of the proposed magma chamber of Yellowstone
Park, and the formation above the epicenter is the shape of a vent or
possibly a lava dome. The 3.1 event is only 3 miles deep. Very
interesting. When you get to the location, give the picture some tilt
for perspective. 43.441¡N, 110.509¡W |
