My bottom wisdom tooth is in proper position and aligned with other
teeth very well. It has a big Cavity and sensitive. And part of the
upper second molar rests on it. Should I get it extracted or do a
filling to save it? Any recommendation?

The recommendation is to get it evaluated in real life by a live dentist.

In general, wisdom teeth are not good restorative candidates.
For specific cases find a good dentist to discuss it.

Recommend you post an x-ray.
