Hi all
I'm having some trouble with XPPAUT and was wondering if anybody out
there can help. In my ode file I want to define the initial conditions
as a function rather than just as a number. I'd like to do this because
I have about 22 ODEs whose intial conditions all depend on only 2 being
specified. As an example, I need something like the folllowing:
init a=1,b=2
init c=a*b
init d=c-a+2b
I've tried everything I can think of and read the manual but there is
no mention of being able to define initial conditionjs as functions.
Anybody know a way to do so?
Thanks! |
