Yes, I did. I have a client in the Bay Area who insists on sending me
tapes (well, God bless him anyway) instead of dictating on the Straight
Talk and the tapes might get here in a couple days and might get her in
a couple weeks. Doesn't want to deal with FTPs. He doesn't want to do
FedEx. I was thinking maybe this was something I could present to him
as an option.

Don't know anything about WebChartMD, but your client has to be insane
to trust the mail or whatever method he's using to send you tapes.
Unless he's keeping full-on copies, it's only a matter of time before
one of them gets lost in transit. It's happened to me. My clients
weren't all thrilled about switching to digital, but they all love it
now and notice the difference in better TAT and more peace of mind. I
use Drop Chute, by the way. www.hilgraeve.com Great product, lousy
customer service.

Perhaps a bit - which is probably why we have been doing business
together for so long. He is one of the very few docs I have ever met
that expects loyalty and GIVES loyalty in return. He has stood by me
through some tough times so, even though tapes in the mail makes no
sense to me - we continue. At least now he puts them in the plastic
case and in bubble wrap. He used to just pop the tape into a plain
envelope - and wonder why it was always crushed by the time it got
here. He really is a great guy.
