I have used this program for years and never had a problem. Today, of
course, becuase I'm running late and behind in my work, when I go to
print a file every page has "The Abacus File Counting List" "March 9,
2007" printed on the top of each page and then it numbers the pages on
the bottom. I cannot figure out how to turn this off. I have tried to
uninstall the program and it still doesn't get this off the pages.
Anybody had this problem before and knows how to get it out of there?

Thanks
Barbara

Do you have a message in your log file settings or something?
Something in the file management options? I don't see which one it
might be though or through skimming the help file. If you e-mail Bill,
he is really good about getting back to you. I think I might just try
creating a new profile to use, save the settings and go from there.

I did email Bill and he wasn't sure what was happening. So I took out
the patient information and sent the file. In the meantime, I had to
cut and paste each letter into a new file individually so I didn't
carry that code over that was embedded in the top of each page. It was
a pain in the ars, but at least I got the work back on time. Bill is
going to let me know what caused and how to fix it so if it ever
happens again I'll know what to do. I will pass on the information here
when I get it.
