I have always gone along with the formula that we are to drink half
our body weight in ounces of water daily. For instance a 150 pound
guy would drink 75 ounces of water daily.

Would the same formula work for a 500 pound guy? 250 ounces of water a
day?
Reason I ask is that I heard that a woman on a radio station
competition died when she drank this amount of water. But it would be
ok to drink this much if you are at the appropriate weight??
