I take 40mgs of simvastatin in the evening abt 6pm
I'm 48 yr old male...good health... non-smoker
Occasionally I go out with co-workers and have a few
alcoholic drinks for happy hour.... 4-6pm
I don't feel likes it a good idea to do that THEN take
the simvastatin pill when I get home. Mixing alcohol
and throwing that drug right on top of it in my stomach
and system.
So.... I've been skipping taking the simvastatin on
evenings I've been to happy hr.
This does NOT happen often.
But...am I doing any harm skipping it in these
circumstances? |
