Bad apples or bad barrels?

(Koochers Kook, Phillip Zimbardo, lists tactics employed by the unethical
psychologists, psyd's, LCSW's, MD's, NP's, intelligence agents etc who
have been illegally organizing the serial vigilante gangstalking of persons
pursuing legitimate on topic public discussion wrt issues of public
interest and concern in usenets unmoderated public forums.)

". Provide a justifying ideology for the evil deeds. The rationale doesn't
have to be true or even make sense. It just need to be presented, as if it
were an obvious. This is the misinformation method perfected by Nazi
Propaganda Minister Joseph Goebbels - "The Big Lie." If you say something
loud and long enough, people eventually come to believe it.
.. Use some cherished authority to legitimatize that ideology. Associating
the justification with the flag, mom, or apple pie is another way to sneak
dubious principles by people's critical judgment.
.. Establish rules that limit options and choice. The existence of multiple
rigid and mindless rules is another way to by-pass reasoning.

.. Disguise the truth by re-labeling negative activities as positive ones.
Instead of "punishing" you are "re-educating". Instead or "torturing" you
are "interrogating." This is referred to as "newspeak" in George Orwell's
classic novel of mind control-"1984."
.. Use formal initiations rituals, contracts, or oaths to exact a promise of
loyalty preemptively.
.. Use the foot in the door technique, by starting with trivial harmful acts
and slowly escalating.
.. Eliminate dissent by defining it as disloyalty. This immediately shuts off
any attempt at evaluative thinking.
.. Make the evil act very easy to complete and don't allow the option of
escape or avoidance.
.. Place the person in an undefined situation, where experience provides no
guidance. The more novel and unfamiliar the situation, the more likely
people will look towards others for guidance rather than inward.
.. Remove the person's sense of individuality by putting them in groups,
uniforms, or disguises and giving them new names. This helps diffuse
responsibility and allows people to act more anonymously.
.. Finally remove the victim's sense of individuality by masking their
humanity or labeling them as something less than human. By dehumanizing the
victims, the usual inhibitions against aggression are canceled."
