Dear Subscriber, (sucker)

Suppose today you learned that the U.S. was not a sovereign nation.
was intended to be omitted. (It only makes sense for the law
to work that way, so we don't have to guess at what the law
requires.) Specifically regarding tax laws, the Supreme Court says
that they should NOT be interpreted in a way that includes "matters
not specifically pointed out” (Gould v. Gould, 245 U.S. 151). (The
Court then said that in case of doubt, tax laws should be

Section 1.61-1 says that "gross income" means "all
income from whatever source derived, unless excluded by law." By
itself that doesn't tell us much, since it just means "everything
that isn't exempt is taxable," which is a truism.

Sections 1.861-

Section 61 of the tax code (things such as compensation for
services, interest, rents, business income, etc.) make up what are
called "classes of gross income." Then those regulations say that

Here is what happened to the last guy who tried!

www.marvinlbarmes.com
He "fled" the country so it seems.
If you see him in Vincennes IN do not bother with the local police
Call the DEA and the FBI and let them have their bone to chew on. Last
i have read on the DEA website he is still a fugitive from justice.
There might be a reward for his capture.
Notice they got him on tax evasion, drug paraphernalia distribution
and a bunch of other things seized his business property. His whole
family was in with the business so they get the screwing too. I
guarantee you will lose what ever you value and you will pay in the
long run.

By all means go ahead and try your scam if you have nothing to lose
then you will not be missed. If you have no kids you make no one an
orphan if things go real bad.

I suggest folks look up the "Chicago seven" and see what happened
there before you even think about trying to pull a stunt like this.
