Hate to sound sexist but she's a bit easier on the eyes than Collins. Is she
the second female commander?

Not really surprising... the Air Force is in the midst of a mass
exodus, throwing out or intimidating airmen to seperate early, and
those who are left are getting more and more Army-like jobs and Army
training (in other words, not what they signed up for.) Morale is
about as low as it can possibly get. Today's USAF is a meer shadow of
the great institution it was back when Melroy signed on the bottom
line. And thanks to astoundingly incompetent or corrupt leadership, in
a few more years, it will be back to the Army Air Force. No wonder the
best are leaving.
