Hello everyone!
reading about TA, I am interested in the theory of 'games people play'. As I
read it, a game has to be a transaction which occurs covertly. Even the
people playing don't know they are doing so - it operates unconsciously.
So how are we supposed to tell whether a game is being played at all?
I ask because I find it extremely frustrating and annoying when people
familiar with game theory tell me that I am playing games with them. How do
they know this? I am supposed not to be in a position to argue the point,
since by definition my motives are unconscious. But if I can't know, how can
they?
I would like to suggest another game people play. 'Doing a TA number on
you'.
What does anyone think about this |
