(apologies for multiple receptions)

Hello,

The cognitive science institute I am working in is going to organize an
important event on a subject that would be an extended view of "Social
cognition" (lets call it "social aspects of cognition"). Apart form the
information gathered from our local specialists, I would like to harvest
some material on the subject from a broader audience. Information like:
- scientific issues that the field is facing
- resources you would consider as major (people, books, ...)
- sub-fields
- relationships with other fields (like multi-agent systems or
distributed cognition)
and son on, would be appreciated.

As our primary field of research is cognitive science, every
multidisciplinary piece of information is of interest: neural basis of
social behavior, virtual communities, socially situated cognition,
computer supported collective work, anthropology and altruistic
behaviour, multi-robots systems and so on.

On a more communitarian matter, I also intend to use the information I
will gather to update the wikipedia (and especially the French stub):
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Social_cognition
http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cognition_sociale

Thank you for your help,

Guillaume Chicoisne
