Modern man has drifted far away from nature. He leads a hectic life
full of tension, inhales polluted air, drink polluted water and eats
junk food and indulges in all sorts of excesses. No wonder ill-health
is on the rise and DISEASES come a natural punishment.
Relax .. stay healthy and be always happy!

Punishment? punishment??? Who or what do you contend is punishing
someone?
So, the disease and death rate was far higher when we were close to
nature. How do you explain this?

true. The more man is away from nature the more chances of him
scumbing to death early and fast......it is not a punsihment but
results of ignorance.
Man is a part of nature. Changes in nature (meaning environment around
u) brings a similar change in the body's internal environment. Man is
ignorant of this knowledge, which is y he has drifted away from nature
one of the reasons for this being science. So not responding
accordingly to the changes happening in him as and when it happens in
nature, leads to disease in the long run, hence a decreased quality of
life and span of life too. |

Huh? You mean sitting in his loungeroom reading the newspaper, he is
in more mortal danger than darting from rock to rock chasing a rat or
snake? Do tell!
Quote: Man is a part of nature.
Meaning man lives on Earth? Yes, we follow so far...
Quote: Changes in nature (meaning environment around

Doesn't logically follow, although it is not impossible.
Quote: Man is
ignorant of this knowledge, which is y he has drifted away from nature

How has knowledge caused "drifting away from nature"? I suppose it
depends on what you mean by "nature". But knowing that the lounge
chair is safer than the jungle, is a step forward, and a safer option.

So how do you explain that moving from the jungle, and embracing
knowledge, has resulted in living longer and more disease-free than
ever in history?
