I belong to Prostate Cancer groups.
My PRIMARY interest is in Nutrition concerning PCa
I'm trying to formulate HELPFUL dietary for PCa.

I'm concerned that COOKING of Chillies might in some way affect the total
available Capsaicin content.
Better to eat UNCOOKED or Cooked?

Someone help please.
