In regards to undenatured whey protein as it is available on the
market... Are "ion exchange", and/or microfiltered whey protein
undenatured? I've read stuff for and against ion exchange in the
groups. Someone who knows, please update the wikipedia entry: http://
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Whey_protein
How do they make undenatured whey protein for experiments they do that
I have found in http://scholar.google.com?
Thanks |
