Hi all
i am working on bovine neutrophils.
i have problem with Nitroblue tetrazolium test.
i prepared NBT as follow: NBT 0.3% in Sucrose 0.34%. and PMA: 250mgr of
PMA in 1ml ethanol and then divided to 20uL microtubes. in every run of
test a cap should added to 20 ml PBS.
The protocol i used to as follow: 100 uL NBT (1:1 diluted) + 100uL PMA
+ 100 uL neutrophil
but, it doesn't work.
any comment
Thanks |
