I want to report something. I had an everyday occuring bleeding gums
(longer then 2 months or so). My dentist reported that it was due to
inflammation and that I had to floss my teeth better. He also reported
that my gums had receded and would not grow back. I read that this
condition is named gingivitis (or in severe forms periodontitis).
Flossing did not help, and I really hate to flos, so I quit doing
that. Ofcourse I brush my teeth very very good every day. Very often I
would notice there was bleeding in gums and people would tell me my
breath was miserable.

I read from scientific artciles that flavonoids, such as curcumin have
antibiotic properties. Not only that, they can even kill antibiotic
resistant bacteria.

So I put concentrated curcumin (pure, extract, 95% concentrated) in my
mouth and I flushed it. I would wait a few minutes and then I spit all
the curcumin out. I would have to be careful, because it can cause
terrible stains on clothing.

After only doing this once, the bleeding never occured again.

I now combine curcumin with rutin, because I have read that would make
it even more potent.

I believe it will greatly increase my teeth health. I believe it's the
toothpaste from the prehistory, when toothpaste didn't existed yet.

Warning! please do not assume that curcumin is 100% safe. It may be a
double edged sword.. It can kill and it can save... Rutin is quercetin
bound to a glucoside. I believe that it is safer, but it has less
antimicrobial effects. Please read about curcumin prooxidant effects
and photokilling and so on...
