IMVHO.
With this ending, it might conceivably mean "I destroy the dominated
one".

Dominatus does not mean "the dominated",
as, "dominor" being a passive verb,
"dominatus" means:
"the command", or possibly "the dominator, oppressor".

Nonsense.
As Jean Munier points out, "dominatus" is a 4th declension word.
So the accusativus pluralis is also "dominatus".
Your interpretation is impossible.
I wrote
Compare the rest of the text, the last two words:
"Conquer!
Berlin!"
