I replaced the timer control assy on a friend's Lenco spot welder. The
rest of the components were isolated and checked out fine. One badly
frayed cable was dressed up and soldered to the lug; trigger cable was
replaced. It fires when the electrodes are placed on a sheet placed
directly on ground but will not fire when held against the auto body.
This unit fired off and on prior to my involvement. Would appreciate
some help. |
