1. Those who relentlessly seek to disconnect other people's internet
connections.

(What are you going to do, take people's computers from their homes
and disconnect all Internet access they paid for away? That is breaking
in to private property. What did you think? Are you normal?)

2. Excessive bullying and hate campaigning against a target, and in all
means seeking to demolish him personally, and seeking public
encouragement.

3. Being around when the target comes online, following him, gathering
all information about him, running a gestapo department of
discrimination on an open Internet. The acts resembling the Ku Klux
Klan in the 1930's. Threats. Attempt to make someone leave town.
Threats accelerate into severe forms (of constant and abusive threats).
Or acts resembling violence of a territorial gang. Or acts of a schizo
Texas American man from the 60's John Wayne movies, this town aint big
enough for the two of us. And finally death threats using email. And
these acts happen against people of other citizenships.

If somebody makes inappropriate phone calls, the department
is to disconnect that person's access to telephones immediately.

What were you thinking?

Turning state into private, bully people run the town, in reality
its the KKK and the mafia brain. In Mexico there is corruption
where the mob runs town and police even today. The KKK had
its peek in the 1930's when say, all of Colorado was ran by a
gang, all political and Sheriff's offices were ran by the KKK.

Colorado is unique, because it has a Democratic constitution,
meaning the streets and the government belong to the people,
to all people, to people of color, to weirdos, to everybody.

The US constitution does not mention the word Democracy.

It is also told that in the USA less than 5 people read the
constitution.

When discrimination takes over the brain, in a place ran
by a mafia and pirate like Google, things deteriorate.

I don't understand. If somebody walks backwards in the street,
his access to the streets must be terminated, he must remain
in house arrest, and punished by the people of the streets.

Streetiquette: One can only do things in the street that
involve going from one place to another, a place of transit.

Remain walking or transporting without bothering others.

Those who violate the streetiquette, will face a long departmental
process of paperwork and prosecution and exportation on trains
along with all the others of your kind.
